Return Policy

With the exception of digital purchases and tarot readings...

If you are unsatisfied with your product, there is a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Due to the nature of digital products and tarot readings, they are non-refundable or returnable. The sale of all digital items, and readings are final. However, customer satisfaction is important to me, so if you are truly unhappy with your purchase, please reach out. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and unlit with tags, and in its original packaging. If you did not purchase online at www.BinxCandles.com you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact me at Info@BinxCandles.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Binx Candles - P.O. Box 61761 Fort Myers, FL 33906

Once your purchase is verified and your return is approved, I will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to Binx Candles without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If you are returning items due to damage, Binx Candles will cover the shipping, otherwise, you are responsible for the shipping fees on all returned items. The shipping fees will be deducted from your refund amount. The original shipping fees will not be refunded.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to the nature of the product, digital items including tarot readings are non-refundable or returnable. All digital item sales are final. If you are unhappy with your digital purchase, please reach out, and we can discuss further so I can better understand the situation and we can come to a mutual agreement. 

Other types of items that cannot be returned, are perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or free gifts. 

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded (minus shipping fees) on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
