~ Use extra precautions when using candles containing herbs and crystals. While our candles have been tested for safety, every candle is different, and every herb is unique. It's impossible to predict how every herb and crystal will react to the candle flame. It is your responsibility to practice safe candle burning. Watch your candles for excessively large flames. Extinguish when necessary and remove any herbs or crystals as needed to eliminate the risk of fire. Always practice safe candle burning, and never burn a candle for more than 4 hours at a time. 

~ By purchasing any Binx Candles products, readings, or guidebooks, you understand and agree to the above statements. You agree that you are responsible for your own decisions and actions and the consequences of those actions and you release Binx Candles, and the owner of Binx Candles from any liabilities and results of such actions. 

PROCESSING
For Candles - Every candle is created upon order request to provide a personalized energetic experience. Typical processing time to ship orders is 2-5 business days. Please allow for additional processing time around major holidays and sales.

For Digital Guides - Your order will be delivered immediately after purchase. In some rare instances there is a short 5 minute delay. If this happens please reach out. Shipping cost and fees do not apply for guides. 

For Same Day Tarot Readings - In most cases your reading will be delivered via email within a few hours, but 24 hours is the max. 24 hours is Guaranteed or it is Free applies only to inquiries received during normal business hours. Monday -Saturday 9am-7pm. The clock starts as soon as the purchase is made as long as the customization box is filled out properly. If you fail to fill out the customization box, I will reach out and the clock starts as soon as the question is received via email. Other restrictions may apply see specific item description for full details. Shipping does not apply to Tarot Readings.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Binx currently offers domestic ground shipping from USPS. Shipping rates are calculated by weight and delivery destination

Shipping times vary depending on the carrier and location. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as the label is created for your order, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 48-72 hours once a label has been created.

Once shipped, an order's tracking information is outside of our control, and as much as we'd like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING
We offer expedited shipping options for domestic orders. Pricing is dependent upon destination/weight of package. Please apply our 2-3 business day window for processing to plan accordingly.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We currently do not offer international shipping outside of the U.S.

If you are unsatisfied with your product, there is a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Due to the nature of digital products and tarot readings, they are non-refundable or returnable. The sale of all digital items, and readings are final. However, customer satisfaction is important to me, so if you are truly unhappy with your purchase, please reach out. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and unlit with tags, and in its original packaging. If you did not purchase online at www.BinxCandles.com you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your purchase is verified and your return is approved, I will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to Binx Candles without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If you are returning items due to damage, Binx Candles will cover the shipping, otherwise, you are responsible for the shipping fees on all returned items. The shipping fees will be deducted from your refund amount. The original shipping fees will not be refunded.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to the nature of the product, digital items including tarot readings are non-refundable or returnable. All digital item sales are final. If you are unhappy with your digital purchase, please reach out, and we can discuss further so I can better understand the situation and we can come to a mutual agreement. 

Other types of items that cannot be returned, are perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or free gifts. 

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded (minus shipping fees) on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
